2007/2008 Topps Hannah Montana - Topps of the Class

I really have sunk this low, but if we are ever going to open one pack of every product out there, we have to delve into the world of Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana at some point.  I'm taking one for the team here.  I have no clue what this pack actually is.  It says there are 3 glorious cards inside and "Not Intended for Individual Sale" which leads me to believe that they were giveaways or promos.  I turned to the Google machine to try and figure it out.  Nothing shows up for a 2007 Hannah Montana Topps of the Class.  The copyright date on the pack has 2007.  There are 2008 Topps stickers of Hannah Montana so maybe this is what we have.  I scoured eBay to no avail.  Oh well, let's Pump Up this Party......grab your favorite drink and Let's Do This so we can figure out what I have here.

Purply...

Okay, it looks like these are the 2008 card/stickers.  I scored the card of Miley's alter ego, Hannah Montana.  Wait...Why do I know that?

Bring it home David Wright....this explains it all.  Get good grades, bring them into a participating card shop and they would give you a pack of these cards as a reward.  Evidently the kids of Colorado Springs are below average as they didn't come and pick up all these packs.  eBay is loaded with David Wright cards too meaning that a ton of kids must have opened these up to get the David Wright cards and sell them for huge profits in order to retire before 30.  Stay in school kids.

The card has a thought-provoking question.  What's your favorite Hannah Montana song?  Can I choose Wrecking Ball sung by Hannah's true identity, Miley?  Dangit, why is this something I know?

This will get it out of my mind...a clean parotty.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the second half of your week.

  1. Hall of Shame worthy, but not as bad as Ricky Martin cards.

  2. Would 'The Climb' count?

  3. I will admit that I was genuinely surprised by her cover of "Silent Night" during the Bill Murray Christmas special on Netflix.

  5. I have a pretty good stack of crazy packs to open...maybe something a little more tame next time.

  6. Not really a Miley kind of guy... but I have The Climb on my classroom playlist and it pops up a few times a month.

  7. My daughter was a huge fan of this show. I didn't know they made cards. I may have to torture her by getting a pack off eBay (she is 17 now). I even watched the live 3D Hanna Montana concert with her years ago. I've said too much. Great memories. Thanks for the post.
