You remember these guys, right? Yeah, the "old" TMNT movie that your parents probably saw. Wait. No, no they would have been around to SEE it, but no one saw it. Well, a bunch of kids, maybe. Where was I? Well, this movie came out back in '90 or '89. Either way, Topps was really into movie tie-ins then.
