Second pack of many packs I bought when I was out of town. 1994 Upper Deck baseball has 12 cards per pack and was split into regions. The one I got is central region. Every pack have Electric Diamond card while baseball heroes cards fall 1:20 and SP preview fall 1:35. Who did I get?
520 - Chan Ho Park - Chan Ho Park became All-Star with the Dodgers. Then came giving up homerun at All-Star game to Cal Ripken, Jr. and leaving pitcher friendly confines of Dodgers Stadium where he got exposed. Became a journeyman pitcher after leaving the Dodgers.
549 - Eddie Pearson - a first round pick he never made it to the majors.
290 - Don Mattingly - home field advantage card talks about the ballpark and the highlights. This one talks about old Yankees Stadium which has too many highlights to add.
293 - Juan Gonzalez - talking about Ballpark at Arlington.
400 - Barry Bonds - what else can you say about him?
329 - Jose Vizcaino - journeyman utility player
306 - Scott Brosius - good shot of him trying make a barehanded throw. He's one of key players of Yankees World Series run in the late 90s.
332 - Graeme Lloyd - first Australian pitcher to play in the majors. Thanks to Dave Nilsson scouts were looking into Australia for "hidden" talent. Like every find in a foreign country it got saturated quickly as they were signing hard working average players that are most like not going make it to the majors.
410 - John Kruk - multi-time All-Star know part of ESPN baseball crew.
530 - Brooks Kieschnick - Electric Diamond card. Highly touted prospect at the time became a journeyman spending most of his time in AAA. Started out playing outfield and hitting then switched to pitching.
371 - Joey Cora - made one All-Star appearance in 1997.
453 - Danny Jackson - had resurgence with the Phillies making his 2nd All-Star game trip in 1994.
A very ok pack
