2021 Topps Stadium Club Chrome Hobby Pack

I need some cardboard boxes for shipping a lot of cards so I stopped by one of my local LCSs, Boscos, here in Anchorage, Alaska.  It had been awhile since I'd been in any shop so I decided to splurge and grab a couple packs while I was there to rip and share.

First up is this hobby exclusive 2021 Topps Stadium Club Chrome.  Usually when it comes to Chrome products Topps pares the checklist down, but this year they added 100 more cards to the checklist.  My main man Robin Yount is in this set as well, but spoiler I didn't pull him.  Each hobby box promises one auto and each pack as an insert or parallel.  Let's see what I got.

First up a little Justus.

This set also has plenty of retired and HOFers.  Like this nice Vlad Sr.  I have a small collection of his cards so this will be going in there.

Here are my other two base cards.

My one parallel is this refractor of rookie Justin Williams.

And the fortunes looked upon me at the card shop as I pulled the one auto out of the new box that was opened that this pack came out of.  On the one hand it's a Yankee, but it's a Yankee that's seen almost as much MLB time as me (and I have none).  Maybe next year will be Clarke's year.

But overall not a bad pack.  I think I'll just stick to picking up singles though this pack was a little pricey.

I bought a pack too for the site, haha. I paid 10 bucks for my pack so you bet I'm still gonna post it.

Yike, I'm glad my pack wasn't that much, but it was close.
