Here is a "vintage" pack for all the hockey fans out there. I bought a box of this a while back and here is the second last pack in the box.
#81 Petr Nedved rookie.
Not a bad start, too bad the Canucks picked him over Jaromir Jagr. Jagr might have given the Canucks a chance to beat the Rangers in the '94 Stanley Cup final.
#59 Jiri Latal rookie.
Two rookies in a row, this one is less exciting as Jiri only played in 92 NHL games.
#18 Geoff Courtnall.
#118 John Tanner rookie.
Again, another sub-par rookie. But it is worth noting that Tanner played for the "Wheeling Nailers" which may be the coolest name for a hockey team.
#47 Brett Hull.
Here is a nice pull, Brett is probably the best pure goal scoring right winger in NHL history.
#12 Jimmy Carson.
Former 50 goal scorer and part of the famous Gretzky trade to L.A, but fizzled pretty fast.
#85 Chris "Knuckles" Nilan.
The toughest guy in the whole pack. One fact that surprised me was he was a member of Team USA in the 1987 Canada Cup Tournament.
3 Rookies, 1 HOF'er, 1 Goon, and 2 decent players. I guess there was a little something for everyone.
