1986 Topps Little Shop of Horrors

Ah, "Little Shop of Horrors..." One of my all-time favorite musical comedies! Steve Martin, Rick Moranis, a blood-thirsty plant... What's not to love? In 1986, Topps released packs of stickers to go along with the movie. There are 44 stickers in the set.

Each sticker is die-cut around the scene/character portrayed. They feature green borders. Some stickers have borders and some do not.

Here, we have Moranis on one sticker and the "Downtown Ladies" on the another:

The next two feature Audrey II, the plant that brings poor Seymour to his wits end:

The last sticker in the pack shows a clueless Seymour not realizing that his little plant is after blood. I remember watching the movie (I was 15 or so at the time) and "getting the joke" in this scene... It seems pretty silly and obvious now, but we just didn't talk about those kinds of things when I was younger:

The backs feature scenes from the movie or puzzle pieces:

Definitely one of those odd ball movies but I did watch it and laughed. Might not see it again though. Cards aren't bad though not flashy. Good post. Thanks.

I've met so many people who love this movie. I gave it a shot back in the day and didn't get past 15 minutes. Maybe I'll give it another shot one day.

Ha, good stuff. I haven’t seen that movie in ages. Probably on VHS was the last time.
