Another 50 random team cards. This one featuring Dallas Mavericks. It will be sorted out by year and set.
1989-90 Hoops: 23 - Roy Tarpley; 184 - Derek Harper; 189 - James Donaldson - Tarpley got banned from the league twice for failing drug tests.
1990-91 Skybox: 62 - Brad Davis
1991-92 Hoops:123 - Randy Breuer - a non-Maverick. How this got sorted into this team pack?
1991-92 Upper Deck: Rolando Blackman
1991-92 Fleer: 43 - Rolando Blackman; 46 - Herb Williams
1993-94 Fleer: 46 - Jim Jackson - Mavs were playing their worst basketball and on pace breaking NBA's worst record til Double J ended his holdout. He brought glimpse on the court.

1994-95 Hoops: 317 - Jason Kidd - Kidd's rookie card. Nice.
1995-96 Upper Deck: 32 - Jason Kidd; 33 - Jamal Mashburn - to this day I still can't help but think of "What if" on max potential of the Mavs if Three J's able get along on and off the court.
1995-96 Hoops: 202 - Jason Kidd - Sizzlin Sophs subset
1996-97 Topps Stadoum Club: R9 - Samaki Walker - lottery bust

2006-07 Topps: 69 - DeSagana Diop; 75 - Keith Van Horn; 166 - Devin Harris
2008-09 Upper Deck: 40 - Josh Howard
2010-11 Panini Prestige: 23 - Jason Kidd
2012-13 Panini Hoops: 39 - Shawn Marion
2014-15 Panini Donruss: 113 - Chandler Parsons

Got lot of variety from various years. 1/6 of it contains 8 different Michael Finley. It's also interesting look at the team as the pack  started from their peak of 80s era to their down years to a rebuilt playoff contender.

The set labeled 1995-96 Upper Deck is actually 1995-96 SP.

That's actually a pretty good mix of the team's history. I've gotten an occasional wrong card in repacks but two in a team specific repack is laughable! I'm guessing somebody just saw the blue on Breuer's jersey and slid it into the wrong stack. I've added about 100 cards to my collection from other sports mixed into basketball repacks over the years.

Pretty good to see a rookie card of a hall of famer in this pack.

As Billy said, the blue on that Wolves uni does look like the Mavs...AND the green trim on the card is pretty much the same shade as Mavs green. Not surprised someone looked at it and thought it was a Dallas card.

Some good cards and great memories. I like the Ro Blackmon art card and Jim Jackson. I always liked Michael Finley as well. Tarpley was a beast before he ran afoul of the law. Fun post. Thanks
