2012 Topps Series 1 Blaster Box Patch Card

Greetings!

In my last post, I referred to getting my first packs of 2012 Topps in the form of a blaster box.  Since no one has posted the Patch card on this site yet (with all the variations of packs posted for the previous Topps releases, I'm surprised no one has yet), I decided to do it for you.  Yay for initiative!

Here's the pack:

Hi! I'm the pack!

Just for added suspense, here's the scan showing the top of the card.  Wait, what?  This ain't a Patch card!  It's one of them Historical Stitches!  Was I duped by the wrapper?

Fooled you!
Who did I get?  It's Joltin' Joe himself!

Here's the back:

The card looks nice and all, but part of me is bummed that one of the possible inserts is a cursive spelling of a player's last name.  Anyone get a Patch card?  Do they look better?

That's all for now.  Thanks for reading!

The historical stiches cards are weak man, frickin' weak. There were only two Reds stiches so I lucked out of wasting money. The retired patches are awesome though, probably the coolest patch card. But, if i had to pull a stich, it would be Jumpin' Joe, he was awesome. Good pull BTW.

I agree with the king, these are kinda lame. I'm guessing they are supposed to emulate the stitching at the bottom of a Jersey.
