2012 Topps Football Rack Pack

Greetings...

Since today is Super Bowl Sunday, it is our obligation to post a football pack for all to enjoy.  The retail pack was reviewed here already, so here's a 2012 Topps Football Rack Pack!

36 cards come in the Rack Pack.  440 cards are in the base set, along with the veteran and rookie photo variations.  Looks like I only scanned a few cards when I first got the pack, so here's the list of what I got:

Top Pack:
#324 – Denver Broncos
#4 – Colt McCoy
#388 – Minnesota Vikings
#94 – Sidney Rice
#411 – NaVorro Bowman
#38 – Johnathan Joseph
#181 – Chris Clemons
NGDG-1 – Topps Game Time Giveaway
Topps Pro Football #122 – Joe Namath
#162 – LaMarr Woodley
#110 – Darrelle Revis
#167 – Christian Ponder
#279 – Brian Quick
#378 – Kendall Wright (RC)
#134 – Ryan Tannehill (RC)
#362 – Andre Branch (RC)
#345 – Riley Reiff (RC)
#39 – Reggie Wayne
#69 – Dez Bryant

Sorry, no idea as to why I scanned the giveaway card.  Don't remember any posts in the blogosphere about attempts to play the game, so I don't know if it was any good...most likely it wasn't.  Moving on...

Bottom Pack:
#300 – Eli Manning
#80 – Chris Johnson
#320 – A.J. Green
#197 – Ryan Fitzpatrick
#260 – Matt Forte
#313 – Terrell Suggs
#174 – Nick Barnett
#25 – Ray Lewis
#PA-EP – John Elway / Jim Plunkett (Paramount Pairs)
Topps Pro Football #62 – Mark Sanchez (Tall Boys)
#PP-SR – Sidney Rice
#8 – Eric Weddle
#58 – Dwayne Allen (RC)
#252 – Jarius Wright (RC)
#115 – Stephen Hill (RC)
#401 – Mike Adams (RC)
#75 – Carson Palmer

I do agree that Topps gets bonus points for using a different design for their football cards.  Does anyone think the baseball surfboard design would have worked here?  Here are the backs:

Anyway, that's the pack.  If any of you faithful readers missed the set the first time around, packs have been popping up in the Target discount bin recently.

Enjoy the Super Bowl (I say Denver in a close one)...thanks for reading!
